The produce at Whole Foods is always so beautiful. These bright red radishes are no exception. I never used to like radishes much. For the past few years I cannot get enough of them. I love the crunch and the mellow flavor. Every once in a while I get a strong one, but for the most part they are super delicious. Love them in my salad.
I remember Ina Garten (Barefoot Contessa) talking about making radish and butter sandwiches. I’ve never tried that before, but, hmmm – the thought intrigues me
