Charleston, SC is a fabulous city to visit. This is the corner of Church and Broad streets. You can see St. Phillips steeple in the distance. The architecture here is stunning. I love taking photos downtown, especially when they include a red or green stop/go light – I think it adds pizazz. Ha.
There are so many events in Charleston – you’ll never run out of things to do, that’s for sure. Many of them can get a little pricey, but there are plenty of free things to do, such as visit the Charleston Farmer’s Market located in Marion Square (329 Meeting Street), which is in full swing right now. There is one downtown on Saturday’s from 8AM – 2PM this time of year – check out their website for more details, like what’s in season and the different vendors (arts/crafts/food) in addition to live entertainment! The West Ashley Farmer’s Market is another located near downtown, in the West Ashley (West of the Ashley River) section of Charleston – Wednesday’s from 3-7PM through Oct. 2, 2019. Wondering what’s in season this time of year in Charleston? LOOK NO FURTHER
