Fred came home from work and I asked him a question (don’t recall what) and he said “Google can be your friend if you let it”.
THAT. IS. BRILLIANT! I love it and am going to use it forever! I say it constantly. Turns out, he heard it from a coworker. Thank you Bryan S. for giving me a great line!
Be honest. How many times a day do you “Google” (or use another internet browser to search)? How many times a day are you doing something and then run across a question, one that you may have never known the answer to pre-Google? I’m not talking homework questions, just everyday things that I wonder about.
Why wonder? The wondering stops now, and the typing begins!
*I use the term “Google” as a verb more than the actual browser. They’re all good, Safari, etc. From recipes, to metric conversion, translating, and just plain wondering what that “pink flower with yellow dots” is called (I just made that up, but you can Google it if you like
The world has become incredibly easy. All we have to do is type what we’re wondering and *poof* an answer will appear almost always! Some of us are better at it than others. It must be because we wonder about more things… therefore look them up. I can find just about anything I am looking for. It’s not always quick, but I can find it.
Catch you back here tomorrow!
